First and foremost when I walked in, I was greeted by everyone at the salon. This immediately made me feel extremely welcome. The wait was very quick and smooth. When I sat down in the chair, Ms Shirelle went straight to work. She asked and confirmed what style and how I wanted my hair to be cut and boy can I say she was perfect! Not only did she cut my hair, but she went above and beyond in ensuring every piece of hair was perfectly intact and cut just the way I wanted it. She even was able to make my neck line, smooth and crisp better than I’ve ever had it. Next up my fade was spot on and perfectly blended. Finally, when she scissor cut the top it made my hair flow and look flawless. I cannot wait to come back to see her and enjoy this amazing salon! Thanks so much!! -Chris S.

Excellent Personable Professional Customer Service at Great Clips, Westchester Commons, Virginia. The hairstylist, Ms Clarita, who cut my hair did a fantastic job-I showed her a hairstyle photo of a mid-length female feathered haircut & she achieved it. Also found out Great Clips sells their own hair products line, so I bought the volumizing mousse. Thank you GREAT CLIPS & Thank you Clarita for the lovely hairstyle, conversation & hair products information!
